How to ensure  that your project delivers its objective on time and within budget. Normally this is the task of the project manager, project director and steering committee.

However in practice this turns to be more difficult than expected.  Budget overruns and scope alterations are usually the only solution.  To enable a timely recognition of problems and bottlenecks I have developed a project scan. In a short term and based on a best practice questionnaire I can detect the danger zones for which I suggest practical solutions that will help to ensure the succes of the project.
